In this project, you will work with a small team of researchers at the Research and Training Center on Disability in Rural Communities (RTC:Rural) to expand the disabilitycounts data dashboards. The RTC:Rural developed disabilitycounts.org to provide access to county level disability data for community disability providers, advocates and policy makers. 

Disability Counts is an interactive website, including two data dashboards and a data lookup tool that provide access to county level disability data from the American Community Survey (ACS). The dashboards are run through the University of Montana’s ArcOnline account and are currently limited to maps. However, we would like to expand the dashboards to incorporate additional data visualizations and functionality based on feedback from our community partners. 

This project will include updating existing and developing new dashboards using ArcOnline as well as drafting protocols and procedures for dashboard management that can used by the team in the future.
