| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | As an operation, public charity foundation, we have 4 key initiatives that we support. One of those initiatives is the Imaging for Impact Accelerator, a social impact incubator that connects healthcare innovators to investments. In the Accelerator, we foster a network of clinical entrepreneurs who design and lead high impact ultrasound interventions in their local communities that have potential to scale nationally and beyond. Members of the Accelerator, called Imaging Ambassadors, are skilled healthcare providers and champions of ultrasound, dedicated to improving their health systems through cross-sector engagement, clinical community education, and proficiency evaluation. The challenge we are trying to solve is in impact evaluation; as each program in the Accelerator is centered on localized need and community-specific contexts, we need to design a bespoke model of impact evaluation that will honor the integrity of each diverse intervention, while simultaneously provide both independent and collective narratives of impact that will help us engage new funders and investors.

| Project Synopsis: Expected Results | This project would be successful if we had a clear/documented process in place to first determine possible metrics for each Ambassador, and then we had an outcomes framework that conveyed the independent and the collective impact that is yielded from the Accelerator-- ultimately to save lives, but also to ensure the sustainability of each Ambassador's work and the ongoing ability to scale and further impact.
