Pinnacle Group is a leading Hispanic and Woman-owned business that is focused on stakeholder value, including employees, customers, suppliers, and the community. We are working on demonstrating these values - particularly diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and community engagement through an annual impact report. We also serve some of the largest companies in the world (currently serving over 20% of the Fortune 100) and increasingly, they require environmental impact and sustainability reporting, which is challenging to quantify for our company as we are in professional services, not manufacturing or other areas that are more readily measured. We need help assessing appropriate frameworks, measurements, and reporting that are tailored to our business/industry and that also meet the increasing demands of our customers to demonstrate measurable progress and impact in these areas.

- Evaluate and recommend frameworks for setting targets, documenting, measuring, and reporting results on environmental impact for professional services companies; help us implement the selected framework and generate the first report- Evaluate and recommend structure for annual ESG and stakeholder impact reporting - this will be a public-facing document that lives on our website as well as gets included in customer RFP responses; help us implement the selected structure and generate the first report- Evaluate and recommend improvements to how we are using platforms such as EcoVadis for reporting environmental impact and sustainability to customers; identify areas for improvement, and help us implement them over the course of the project

We would like to improve our approach to ESG goal-setting, documentation, measurement, and reporting. If we are able to complete the 3 major items set out above, this will be a great success.
