| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | As an organization focused on workforce retention strategies for our clients across the U.S., it's imperative that we understand the current state and mindset of the evolving workforce and provide the right tools and support to client to reduce turnover.
This requires ongoing research to gain and share unique insights about how to get and keep talent for companies across various industries. We'd love to offer the MBA students an opportunity to research current information and future trends in addition to creating tools that client organizations can use to assess turnover causes and implement more effective retention strategies. Magnet Culture is wanting to create more consultative client offerings, beyond our current leadership training programs, that will truly impact retention rates for clients by assessing their custom needs and then walking them through appropriate retention strategies and improvement processes together. |
