Since adopting HubSpot as our sales and marketing CRM a year ago, we see the opportunity to establish a dedicated space for comprehensive user assistance. Here, new users can orient themselves with the platform's UI and primary actions, while existing users can conveniently request support, submit project requests, and consume new trainings — all facilitated through user-friendly self-guided resources. A concurrent challenge involves increasing user adoption and buy-in, a goal we aim to achieve by introducing engaging gamification elements on the dashboard. This initiative represents a golden opportunity to empower user interactions, marking a significant advancement within our organization.

| Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required | To achieve our desired results, a series of strategic activities will be undertaken as part of the project initiative. The primary focus is on creating a navigable dashboard within HubSpot, featuring a curated collection of resources, including detailed guides, instructive video tutorials, and specialized materials tailored specifically for ALPS, developed by the student team. Key areas such as Getting Started, Lead Management, and Troubleshooting FAQs will be covered. Simultaneously, the project aims to introduce gamification elements, such as leaderboards and point systems, designed to foster a more interactive training experience, making the learning journey enjoyable and motivating for our users. Furthermore, the project includes integrating our existing user feedback system within the HubSpot training dashboard.
