| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | As a result of an in-depth strategic planning process, the D.K. Kim Foundation, in its 20th year has identified the need for a robust partnership strategy to support a shift in focus from a funding entity to an operational foundation. Our mission, is focused on "equipping leaders across the globe with the tools and sustainable strategies to drive social good." We are seeking partnerships with education, non-profit and non-governmental organizations who complement our mission so that we can increase our impact.
D.K. Kim Foundation is in need of a consistent branding, marketing and communications strategy that will help us seek and secure new partnerships to further our mission. |
| Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required | Assess current DKKF marketing strategies (e.g. social media). Identify opportunities and strategy for on how to improve.
Identify current US and international organizations for collaborative opportunities Design a "brag book and media kit" that tells the D.K. Kim Foundation story and provides the tools to highlight our work (past, present and future). |
