Our U.S. Government awarded "BE Better" program with industrial parks in Tianjin, China and 12 other leading industrial parks throughout China was unilaterally terminated by the PRC Government when U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi visited Taiwan in August 2022. We are now working to re-direct that program, developed over seven years, to the State of Maharashtra in India.

'BE Better" signifies the Built Environment (BE) and focuses on three dimensions of improvement -- greater energy-efficiency , smarter and more secure IoT systems; and a safer and healthier environment for building inhabitants.

Communicating and coordinating with national industry association partners, national and state-level departments and agencies in the U.S., national and state-level departments and agencies in India (especially the State of Maharashtra), developing communications and outreach strategies for the above three categories of program counterparts as well as developing and coordinating communications, outreach and execution strategies for individual corporate sponsors and partners and for individual non-profit and university partners.

Success would be defined by formal memoranda of understanding (i.e., formal cooperation agreements) involving, principally, U.S.-based national industry associations, state-level government agencies in the State of Maharashtra and specific industrial parks in Maharashtra.
