| Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required | In order for us to increase fundraising, we will need to develop fundraising and comprehensive strategies. It would also be helpful to define our target audience, their needs, and a communication strategy. Identifying areas of waste, followed by cost-cutting ideas would also help us conserve funds which we could then use to help more people.

| Project Synopsis: Expected Results | We would consider this project a success for our organization if we were able to increase fundraising by at least $100 per month. Since we already have very few costs associated with our nonprofit, any cutting of costs would also be considered very helpful and a success.
