| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity |
We are focused on expanding our social media community and driving more organic leads from social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter. It would be great to have a social media plan built for that us that would help in targeting our audiences including those who work in agencies, startups, enterprises, and individual freelancers.
An audit of our current social media content and suggested content (including best times/days to post) would help us in gaining a better idea of what our audience is currently interacting with, and what content will likely drive the most interactions and leads.
Our goals for next year include growing the percentage of leads that are driven by social media, therefore a result that would make this project successful would be a 1% increase in leads driven by social media (we currently stand at 5% of leads driven from social media which is the industry standard). Another measurable result would be the growth of our community and an increase in engagement across posts.
